This Privacy Policy applies to Fieldcraft Academy ("we," "us," or "our") and governs how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information from students ("you") who enroll in our ServiceNow Business Analyst Course. Our course is hosted on Teachable, a third-party platform, and is accessible to students globally, including those located in Canada, the United States, and the European Union.
By enrolling in our course, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not enroll.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
Account & Enrollment Data: Your name, email address, and payment information collected at the time of purchase or enrollment.
Course Activity Data: Progress through course modules, quiz results, completion status, and time spent on content. This data is collected and stored by Teachable.
Communications: Any messages, support requests, or feedback you send to us directly.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically by Teachable's platform. We do not use independent analytics or tracking tools.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information only for the following purposes:
• To process your enrollment and deliver course access
• To track and display your course progress
• To respond to your support requests or questions
• To send transactional emails related to your enrollment (e.g. receipts, course updates, completion certificates)
• To fulfill any legal or regulatory obligations
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
4. Teachable — Our Course Platform
Our course is delivered through Teachable (teachable.com), which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Teachable collects and stores your account, payment, and activity data as part of providing the platform. Teachable is SOC 2 Type II certified and processes payments via Stripe.

5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
Teachable: As described above, your data is stored and processed on the Teachable platform to deliver the course.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
Business Transfers: In the unlikely event Fieldcraft Academy is acquired or merged, your data may transfer to the successor entity under the same terms of this policy.
6. International Students — GDPR & US Privacy Rights
We welcome students from the EU/EEA, UK, and the United States. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply to you:
EU/EEA & UK Students (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Our lawful basis for processing is contract performance (i.e., delivering the course you purchased). California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of the sale of your information (we do not sell data). To submit a request, contact us directly.
Canadian Students (PIPEDA): We comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. You have the right to access and correct your personal information held by us.

7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with course access. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records).
Teachable may retain certain data independently in accordance with their own retention policies.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. Your course data is stored on Teachable's secure, encrypted platform. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and we do not store full credit card details. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
This course is intended for professional adults and is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where the changes are material, notify enrolled students by email. Your continued use of the course following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
